Take a Class!

There are few teachers who can claim to teach baking classes as well as Michael Kalanty. It’s kind of his thing. Is it because he was the Dean of Education at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco? Or because he went to graduate school for a Ph.D. in adult learning? Or created professional cooking and baking programs across the country, in Brasil, and in France?

Maybe those experiences help…but really, it’s
just his favorite thing to do.
